What We Do
Construction Installation
We carry out water supply, insulation, HVAC, and electrical installation to code, under proper licensing.
Ductwork Manufacturing
Since 2018, we've manufactured ventilation ductwork to SMACNA international standards, supplying and installing it for more than 30 organizations and individuals.
HVAC System Installation
We import and install cooling, heating, and ventilation equipment from globally recognized brands including Midea, Gree, and TCL.
Construction Materials Trade
We partner with leading radiator and plumbing manufacturers such as Turkey's Sanica, GK Gunay, and Emko, and South Korea's COSMOS.

New Ulaanbaatar International Airport
5 international and 1 domestic terminal, 45 auxiliary facilities — the largest development project in Mongolia's history.
National Center for Diagnostics and Treatment
15,600 m², 33.6 m tall; advanced air-exchange system for infection control; general contractor Bomi (South Korea).
SHD-Standard General Hospital
17,667 m², 22.3 m tall; capacity to serve 157,000 people, with 250 beds built to international standard.
UB Tower Plus Office Building
16 stories, 12,000 m²; Midea cooling equipment and HVAC control systems.
Aircraft Maintenance Hangar
Ventilation system operating at ~30 m height; duct outlet air velocity of 20 m/s, built to withstand high pressure.
